V139 Can Clip Renault diagnostic interface can not work:

I connected two CAN clip renault chip with in the same computer. One of the CAN clip chip can work successfully with 4 LED light on, however the other obd2tuning renault clip did not work and LED light was out(as the following picture shows.)

Renault can clip not allowed to connect two CAN clip chips with a computer at the same time because the computer cannot identify them together. But the problem is I did not connect them at the same time. I first installed a CAN chip and found it worked perfectly. Then I installed another one but it just did not work. They told me the computer can not be compatible with two obd2tuning renault CAN clip chip in the meantime. I was recommended to change another computer for the second chip.
